AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
part of Lots 137 and 138 of Southridge Park Phase Two - Plat One
in Fractional Section 3, Township 43 North, Range 6 East in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portions of subject
easements and the District has no further use of said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those portions of sewer easements
described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the property line between said Lots 137 and 138 of "Southridge Park Phase Two - Plat One"; said point being distant South 19 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds East 10.00 feet from the South line of Idecker Drive, 50 feet wide; thence South 19 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds East 5.00 feet along said property line of Lots 137 and 138 to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 19 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds East 104.50 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 19 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds East 98.95 feet to a point; thence South 71 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 19 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds West 103.87 feet to a point; thence North 70 degrees 09 minutes 08 seconds East 5.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 271, Pages 99 and 100 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1988.
