HomeMy Public PortalAbout07527 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7527 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Utility Agreement with the State of Missouri, acting by and through the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission (hereinafter referred to as "Commission") whereby the Commission will perform construction to relocate a sanitary sewer at or about Route 180, east of Lucas and Hunt Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the Commission proposes to relocate said sanitary sewer at the above-cited location, and has designated the project as Job No. 6-U-180-679, and WHEREAS, the District will reimburse the Commission for Thirty-six and 47/100 percent (36.47%) of the actual costs incurred by the Commission in the completion of said Job No. 6-U- 180-679, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Utility Agreement with the State of Missouri, acting by and through the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission whereby the Commission will perform construction to relocate a sanitary sewer at or about Route 180, east of Lucas and Hunt Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Utility Agreement authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1988.
