AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Survey 1203
and Section 13, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in the City of
Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the South corner of Lot 2 in Krelo Subdivision, as recorded in Book 222, Page 19 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence North 70 degrees 36 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 341.55 feet to a point; thence North 06 degrees 00 minutes 01 second East, a distance of 27.67 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 06 degrees 00 minutes 01 second East, a distance of 57.33 feet to a point; thence North 30 degrees 25 minutes 42 seconds East, a distance of 130.93 feet to a point on a curve; thence in an Easterly direction, along a curve to the left, having a radius of 175 feet, an arc distance of 6.18 feet to a point; thence South 06 degrees 40 minutes 22 seconds West, a distance of 31.66 feet to a point; thence South 32 degrees 32 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 100.60 feet to a point; thence South 06 degrees 00 minutes 01 second West, a distance of 47.33 feet to a point; thence South 70 degrees 36 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 16.60 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 7834, Page 1534 and Book 7725, Page 406 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1988.
