AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Co., Ltd. for the construction of storm sewers in
Ballas Road No. 1929 North (86164), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Co., Ltd. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Ballas Road No. 1929 North (86164), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 21st day of July, 1988 and
formally executed on the 9th day of August, 1988 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1988.
