AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million Four Hundred
Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($2,485,000.00) from the Emergency
Fund for emergency sewer repairs of the Watkins Creek to Maline
Creek Trunk Line Rehabilitation (89024), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Four Hundred
Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($2,485,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Emergency Fund for emergency sewer repairs
of the Watkins Creek to Maline Creek Trunk Line Rehabilitation
(89024), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1988.
