AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bangert Bros.,
for the emergency repair of the Watkins Creek to Maline Creek
Trunk Line Rehabilitation (89024), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bangert Bros., for the emergency repair of
the Watkins Creek to Maline Creek Trunk Line Rehabilitation
(89024), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, as formally executed on the
22nd day of August, 1988, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is
hereby confirmed in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1988.
