AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in Lot
1 of Dundee Lane, in the City of Ladue, in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following portion of a ten foot
(10') wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the North line of Conway Road and the West line of Bennington Lane (formerly Dundee Lane); thence in a Westerly direction along the North line of Conway Road and the most Southerly line of Lot 1 of Dundee Lane, North 88 degrees 03 minutes West 110.00 feet to the West line of said Lot 1 and the true point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence North 00 degrees 36 minutes East along the West line of Lot 1, 115.18 feet; thence South 88 degrees 03 minutes East 10.00 feet to the East line of said 10.00 foot wide easement; thence South 88 degrees 03 minutes West 155.18 feet along the East line of said 10.00 foot wide easement to the North line of Conway Road; thence North 88 degrees 03 minutes West along the North line of Conway Road 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1988.
