AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 3 and 4 of Graeser Acres Plat No. 1 in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the sewer easements in
Lots 3 and 4 of Graeser Acres Plat No. 1 in St. Louis County,
Missouri, described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of Graeser Road, 50 feet wide, said point being the Southeast corner of said adjusted Lot "B"; thence leaving said Southeast corner South 60 degrees 09 minutes West, along the North line of said Graeser Road, 94.65 feet to the true point of beginning of the 10 foot wide easement herein described; thence South 60 degrees 09 minutes West, continuing along said North line of said Graeser Road, 10.70 feet; thence leaving said Graeser Road North 8 degrees 59 minutes West, along a line parallel to the West line of Lot 5 of Graeser Acres Plat 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 40 of said records, 177.23 feet to the Southeast line of Dautel Road, 50 feet wide; thence Northeastwardly along the Southeast line of said Dautel Road, and along a curve to the right with a radius of 264.18 feet, an arc distance of 17.52 feet, said arc distance having a chord bearing of North 25 degrees 49 minutes 48 seconds East; thence leaving said Dautel Road South 8 degrees 59 minutes East; along a line parallel with the West line of said Lot 5, 187.80 feet to the true point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 40 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1988.
