HomeMy Public PortalAbout07551 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7551 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in South Summit Apartments, in Section 4, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of the sewer easements in South Summit Apartments, in Section 4, Township 43 North, Range 6 East in St. Louis County, Missouri described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Four parcels of land located in South Summit Apartments as recorded in Plat Book 252, Page 56 of the St. Louis County Records. Said four parcels being part of ten (10) foot wide easements. Parcel 1: Beginning at a point being distant North 67 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East 437.90 feet from the intersection of the North line of property conveyed to Austin D. and Cecelia E. Auberry by deed recorded in Book 2916, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records, with the East right-of-way line of Lemay Ferry Road (U.S. Highway 61) as widened by aforementioned "South Summit Apartments", said East line being 55.00 feet from and parallel to the original centerline of Lemay Ferry Road; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 59 degrees 10 minutes 33 seconds West 190.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 16.14 feet to a point; thence South 9 degrees 54 minutes 18 seconds East 101.99 feet to a point; thence South 63 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds West 10.44 feet to a point; thence North 9 degrees 54 minutes 18 seconds West 92.32 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2: Beginning at a point being distant North 66 degrees 13 minutes 04 seconds East 450.57 feet from the intersection of the North line of property conveyed to Austin D. and Cecelia E. Auberry by deed recorded in Book 2916, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records, with the East right-of-way line of Lemay Ferry Road (U.S. Highway 61) as widened by aforementioned "South Summmit Apartments", said East line being 55.00 feet from and parallel to the original centerline of Lemay Ferry Road; thence North 47 degrees 47 minutes 05 seconds West 3.65 feet to a point; thence North 42 degrees 52 minutes 49 seconds East 10.86 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 67 degrees 29 minutes 57 seconds West 190.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 11.42 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 3: Beginning at a point being distant North 67 degrees 35 minutes 46 seconds East 498.26 feet from the intersection of the North line of property conveyed to Austin D. and Cecelia E. Auberry by deed recorded in Book 2916, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records, with the East right-of-way line of Lemay Ferry Road (U.S. Highway 61) as widened by aforementioned "South Summit Apartments", said East line being 55.00 feet from and parallel to the original centerline of Lemay Ferry Road; thence South 47 degrees 11 minutes 21 seconds East 10.54 feet to a point; thence South 42 degrees 59 minutes 05 seconds West 4.67 feet to a point; thence North 23 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West 11.51 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 4: Beginning at a point being distant North 69 degrees 48 minutes 12 seconds East 498.92 feet from the intersection of the North line of property conveyed to Austin D. and Cecelia E. Auberry by deed recorded in Book 2916, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records, with the East right-of-way line of Lemay Ferry Road (U.S. Highway 61) as widened by aforementioned "South Summit Apartments", said East line being 55.00 feet from and parallel to the original centerline of Lemay Ferry Road; thence South 47 degrees 14 minutes 19 seconds East 9.25 feet to a point; thence South 42 degrees 59 minutes 05 seconds West 4.10 feet to a point; thence North 23 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West 10.10 feet to the point of beginning. 3 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1988.
