HomeMy Public PortalAbout07552 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7552 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lots 2 and 3 of White Birch Acres, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of the sewer easements in Lots 2 and 3 of White Birch Acres, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of Lindbergh Terrace Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 23, St. Louis County Records with the southerly right of way line of Interstate 255, formerly Interstate 270; thence along said southerly line, South 61 degrees 43 minutes 41 seconds East 183.50 feet to the westerly line of Lot 3 of White Birch Acres, as recorded in Plat Book 203, Page 55, St. Louis County Records; thence along said westerly line, South 28 degrees 04 minutes 15 seconds West 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning of this description, said point also being the southerly line of a 10 foot wide utility easement; thence along said southerly line, South 61 degrees 43 minutes 41 seconds East 5.00 feet; thence leaving said southerly line and continuing along the easterly line of the hereinafter described tract of land, South 28 degrees 04 minutes 15 seconds West 141.47 feet to the northerly line of a 10 foot wide utility easement; thence along said northerly line, North 45 degrees 32 minutes 45 seconds West 10.42 feet; thence leaving said northerly line and continuing along the westerly line of the hereinafter described tract of land, North 28 degrees 04 minutes 15 seconds East 138.56 feet to the aforementioned southerly line of a 10 foot wide utility easement; thence along said southerly line, South 61 degrees 43 minutes 41 seconds East 5.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 203, Page 55 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1988.
