AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Co., Inc. for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in
Terrace Gardens Storm Sewer (S-229, C-1323), in the City of
Frontenac, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan
of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Co., Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm and sanitary
sewers in Terrace Gardens Storm Sewer (S-229, C-1323), in the City
of Frontenac, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of
September, 1988 and formally executed on the 13th day of
September, 1988 by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby
confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1988.
