AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Meramec River Basin - M.S.D. Southwest to be
used for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Hanna-Boleyn Pump Station Elimination (86028), in the City of
Manchester, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Twenty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars
($29,820.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement fees and
allowance for construction change orders is Six Thousand One
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($6,180.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River
Basin - M.S.D. Southwest to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Hanna-Boleyn Pump Station
Elimination (86028), in the City of Manchester, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1988.
