AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund of the
District for the clearing of vegetation in the River des Peres
Channel between Gravois Avenue and Alabama Avenue (89030), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund of the District for the clearing of vegetation in
the River des Peres Channel between Gravois Avenue and Alabama
Avenue (89030), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1988.
