AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. S. Alberici
Construction Co., for the clearing of vegetation in the River des
Peres Channel between Gravois Avenue and Alabama Avenue (89030),
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, in compliance with Section
9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. S. Alberici Construction Co., for the
clearing of vegetation in the River des Peres Channel between
Gravois Avenue and Alabama Avenue (89030), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of September,
1988 and formally executed on the 27th day of September, 1988, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1988.
