AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Woodside Trails Plat Four in Section 10, Township 44 North, Range
4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
ten foot (10') wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of "Woodside Trails Plat Three", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 3 on January 26, 1986 in the St. Louis County Records, said corner being on the West line of Woodside Trails Drive, 26 feet wide; thence Eastwardly along the South line of said "Woodside Trails Plat Three" and along a North line of said "Woodside Trails Plat Four", South 87 degrees 50 minutes 01 seconds East 118.15 feet to a point; thence South 04 degrees 12 minutes 36 seconds West 30.44 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 86 degrees 33 minutes 51 seconds East 5.93 feet to a point; thence South 04 degrees 12 minutes 36 seconds West 184.25 feet to a point; thence South 85 degrees 47 minutes 24 seconds East 4.07 feet to a point; thence South 04 degrees 12 minutes 36 seconds West 13.21 feet to a point; thence North 85 degrees 47 minutes 24 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 04 degrees 12 minutes 36 seconds East 197.38 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 256, Pages 77 and 78 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1988.
