AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 39 of Woodlyn Crossing, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot
39 of Woodlyn Crossing, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The Southeast two (2) feet of the Northwest five (5) feet
easement of Lot 39 Woodlyn Crossing Subdivision,
excluding the Southwestern ten (10) feet thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 256, Pages 67 and 68 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1988.
