AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in U. S. Survey
3112, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following ten foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of "KENNERLY SCHOOL" Record Plat as recorded in Plat Book 258, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the East line of said record plat North 0 degrees 23 minutes 46 seconds East 277.28 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 82 degrees 51 minutes 45 seconds West 238.72 feet to a point; thence North 65 degrees 38 minutes 15 seconds West 149.70 feet to a point; thence South 83 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West 370 feet to a point; thence South 05 degrees 19 minutes East 193.70 feet to a point, as recorded in Deed Book 6818, Page 1330 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1988.
