AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 8 of Amended Plat of Joyce Terrace in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Westernmost corner of said Lot 8; thence along the line dividing Lot 7 and Lot 8, North 34 degrees 43 minutes 15 seconds East, 9.00 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence continuing along said dividing line, North 34 degrees 43 minutes 15 seconds East, 1.00 feet to a point on the Northeastern line of said 10.00 foot wide easement; thence along said Northeastern easement line, South 55 degrees 16 minutes 45 seconds East, 60.00 feet to a point on the line dividing Lot 8 and Lot 9 of said subdivision; thence along said dividing line, South 34 degrees 43 minutes 15 seconds West, 1.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said point and running North 55 degrees 16 minutes 45 seconds West, 60.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 9 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1988.
