AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a roadway in Section 3 Township 45 North, Range 5
East in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject roadway, and this District has no further use in said
roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described roadway:
The North-South twelve (12) foot wide roadway easement from
the South line of Olive Street Road to approximately
one thousand three hundred and fifty (1,350) feet South
as recorded in Deed Book 4507, Pages 170 and 171 of the
St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom that
portion of said roadway easement coinciding with that
sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 4507, Page 168
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1988.
