AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Dollars
($61,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Black Jack-Dellwood Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of inlets, manholes and pipe in
Maintenance Repairs No. 77A (88125), in the Cities of Black Jack,
Ferguson and Moline Acres, and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said inlets,
manholes and pipe is Fifty-two Thousand Dollars ($52,000.00), and
the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an uncumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient
to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-one Thousand Dollars
($61,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Jack-
Dellwood Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of inlets, manholes and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 77A
(88125) in the Cities of Black Jack, Ferguson and Moline Acres,
and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1988.
