AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of inlets, manholes
and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 77A (88125), in the Cities of
Black Jack, Ferguson and Moline Acres, and St. Louis County,
Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets,
manholes and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 77A (88125), in the
Cities of Black Jack, Ferguson and Moline Acres, and St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 29th day of
September, 1988 and formally executed on the 11th day of October,
1988 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1988.
