AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 7571, as adopted
October 12, 1988.
WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 7571 provided for the
borrowing of funds in anticipation of revenues remaining to be
collected by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (the
"District") in its Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund for
its fiscal year ending June 30, 1989, such borrowing to be
evidenced by the issuance of a warrant of the District reflecting
the terms of the Note described therein; and
WHEREAS, the District has determined that such
borrowing of funds pursuant to the terms of said ordinance is not
feasible at this time,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 7571, as adopted October
12, 1988, is hereby repealed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1988.
