AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 70 of Mockingbird Hill, Plat 3 in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement along the East line of Lot 70
excluding the Northernmost five (5) feet thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 46 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1988.
