HomeMy Public PortalAbout07579 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7579 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating and setting apart out of the General Fund of the District the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($262,596.00) for the implementation of quarterly billing of sewer service charges by the Finance Department and the Information Systems Department, beginning in January, 1989. WHEREAS, in January, 1989, the District will increase its billing frequency for sewer service charges from semi-annually to quarterly, and WHEREAS, the funds as herein appropriated are required by the Finance Department and the Information Systems Department for equipment, personnel, and certain services to implement said charge, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the General Fund of the District the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($262,596.00) for the implementation of quarterly billing of sewer service charges by the Finance Department and the Information Systems Department, beginning in January, 1989, as hereafter detailed: Finance Department Personal Services $ 26,086.00 Administrative & General Expense 174,500.00 Capital Outlay 1,600.00 $ 202,186.00 2 Information Systems Department Personal Services $ 25,000.00 Administrative & General Expense 35,410.00 $ 60,410.00 TOTAL APPROPRIATION $ 262,596.00 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1988.
