AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56 of Barrington Place Plat 4
Resubdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Seven parcels of land as shown in Barrington Place Plat
4 Resubdivision as recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 4 of the St.
Louis County Records. The seven parcels of land were originally
recorded in Barrington Place Plat 4 as recorded in Plat Book 221,
Page 100 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of Gailcrest (50' W) Lane and the line common to Lots 52 and 53 of said plat; thence along said common line, North 66 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East 98.30 feet to the westerly line of an easement depicted upon said plat; thence along said easement line, North 00 degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds East 235.13 feet more or less to the southerly line of a 5' wide easement as depicted upon said plat; thence along said southerly line, South 84 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds East 20.00 feet more or less to the easterly line of the aforementioned easement as depicted upon said plat; thence along said easterly line, South 01 degree 45 minutes 29 seconds West 227.29 feet more or less to the aforementioned common line of Lots 52 and 53 as depicted upon said plat; thence along said common line, South 66 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds West 17.50 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 53; thence along the easterly line of Gailcrest (50' W) Lane, North 01 degree 13 minutes 25 seconds East 85.00 feet; thence continuing along said easterly line on a
tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 175.00 feet, through a central angle of 06 degrees 26 minutes 48 seconds, an arc distance of 19.69 feet; thence leaving said easterly line, South 88 degrees 46 minutes 35 seconds East 47.11 feet to the easterly line of a 10' wide easement as depicted upon said plat, said point being THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, said point being on the centerline of a 15' wide easement as depicted upon said plat, being 7.5 feet on each side of said centerline; thence along said centerline, South 88 degrees 46 minutes 35 seconds East 200.00 feet to THE POINT OF ENDING of this description, said point being on the westerly line of a 10' wide easement as depicted upon said plat. Parcel 3 - Commencing at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 54, said point being on the easterly line of Gailcrest (50' W) Lane; thence along said easterly line, South 01 degree 13 minutes 25 seconds West 45.35 feet; thence leaving said easterly line, South 88 degrees 46 minutes 35 seconds East 10.00 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, said point being on the centerline of a 10' wide easement being 5.00 feet on each side of said centerline; thence along said centerline, South 88 degrees 46 minutes 35 seconds East 26.00 feet to THE POINT OF ENDING of this description. Parcel 4 - Commencing at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 54, said point being on the easterly line of Gailcrest (50' W) Lane; thence along said easterly line, South 01 degree 13 minutes 25 seconds West 45.35 feet; thence leaving said easterly line, South 88 degrees 46 minutes 35 seconds East 46.00 feet to the easterly line of a 10' wide easement as depicted upon said plat, said point being THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, said point being on the centerline of a 10' wide easement as depicted upon said plat being 5.00 feet on each side of said centerline; thence along said centerline, South 88 degrees 46 minutes 35 seconds East 235.00 feet to THE POINT OF ENDING of this description, said point being on the westerly line of a 10' wide easement as depicted upon said plat. Parcel 5 - Commencing at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 55, said point being on the easterly line of Gailcrest (50' W) Lane; thence along said easterly line on a curve to the left, the radius point of which bears North 51 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds West 54.00 feet, through a central angle of 31 degrees 31 minutes 59 seconds, an arc distance of 29.72 feet; thence leaving said easterly line, South 83 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds East 15.00 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, said point being on the centerline of a 10' wide easement being 5.00 feet on each side of

said centerline; thence along said centerline, South 83 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds East 238.38 feet to THE POINT OF ENDING of this description, said point being on the westerly line of a 10' wide easement as depicted upon said plat. Parcel 6 - Commencing at the intersection of a line common to Lots 55 and 56 of said plat and the southeasterly line of Gailcrest (50' W) Lane; thence along said southeasterly line on a curve to the right, the radius point of which bears North 51 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds West 54.00, through a central angle of 51 degrees 13 minutes 42 seconds, an arc distance of 48.28 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line, South 00 degrees 34 minutes 24 seconds East 15.00 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, said point being on the centerline of a 10' wide easement, being 5.00 feet on each side of said centerline; thence along said centerline, South 00 degrees 34 minutes 24 seconds East 160.21 feet to THE POINT OF ENDING of this description, said point being on the northerly line of a 10' wide easement as depicted upon said plat. Parcel 7 - Commencing at the intersection of a line common to Lots 55 and 56 of said plat and southeasterly line of Gailcrest (50' W) Lane; thence along said southeasterly line on a curve to the right, the radius point of which bears North 51 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds West 54.00, through a central angle of 51 degrees 13 minutes 42 seconds, an arc distance of 48.28 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line, South 00 degrees 34 minutes 24 seconds East 146.08; thence South 89 degrees 25 minutes 36 seconds West 5.00 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, said point being on the northerly line of a 10' wide easement to be vacated; thence along said northerly line and defining said easement, South 89 degrees 25 minutes 36 seconds West 105.00 feet and South 53 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds West 51.04 feet to THE POINT OF ENDING of this description, said point being on the northerly line of a 5' wide easement as depicted upon said plat. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1988.
