AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Lot 4 of Ashland
Subdivision of January's Farm in the City of Ferguson, Missouri in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements in Lot 4 of Ashland
Subdivision of January's Farm in the City of Ferguson, Missouri in
St. Louis County, Missouri described below are hereby vacated, to
wit: Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southerly line of said easement with the Westerly line of a certain tract as described in deed to William Dale Stabenow, et al. recorded in Book 8017, Page 886 of the St. Louis
County Records; said beginning point being North 02Ε 12' 36" East, 29.77 feet from the Southwest corner of said Stabenow tract, a point in the North line of Bangert's Subdivision (Plat Book 9, Page 85); thence
North 02Ε 12' 36" East, along the Westerly line of said Stabenow tract, 11.47 feet to the point of beginning of
the tract of land described herein; thence North 02Ε 12' 36" East continuing along said Westerly line of Stabenow tract, 23.17 feet to the Northwest corner of
same; thence North 84Ε 02' 30" East, along the Northerly line of said Stabenow tract, 10.10 feet to a
point; thence South 02Ε 12' 36" West, along an Easterly line of said easement, 19.00 feet to a point; thence
North 62Ε 55' 39" East, along a Northerly line of said easement, 52.22 feet to its intersection with the
Northerly line of said Stabenow tract; thence North 84Ε 02' 30" East, along the Northerly line of said Stabenow
tract, 27.76 feet to a point; thence South 62Ε 55' 39" West, along the Southerly line of said easement, 82.39
feet to a point; thence North 27Ε 04' 21" West, 10.00 feet to a point in a Northerly line of said easement;
thence South 62Ε 55' 39" West, along said Northerly
line of said easement, 7.20 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 1696, Page 44 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance as adopted November 9, 1988.
