AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Airshire Place No. 22 (S-2103, C-1327), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Airshire Place No. 22 (S-2103, C-1327), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 7th day of October, 1988 and
formally executed on the 25th day of October, 1988 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1988.
