AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-five Dollars ($20,265.00) from the General Fund of the
District for the installation of Heat/Cool Rooftop Units providing
zoned climate control for the northeast portion of the District's
General Offices building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-five Dollars ($20,265.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the installation of Heat/Cool
Rooftop Units providing zoned climate control for the northeast
portion of the District's General Offices building at 2000 Hampton
Avenue, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1988.
