AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a tract of land in Section 25, Township 46 North,
Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the property owner has provided the necessary
alternate easements over existing and proposed public sewers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described tract of land: A tract of land in Section 25, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri; and being the same property as described in deed recorded in Book 7527, Page 1635 of the St. Louis County Records; and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northeast line of the Rock Island
Railroad (100 feet wide) right-of-way that is South 49Ε 45' 00" East, 93.48 feet from the point of intersection of said Northeast line with the Southeast line of Page Ave. (Route D) and Lindbergh Blvd. as widened by deed recorded in Book 4514, Page 54 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence North 25Ε 11' 00" East, 129.40 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left that has a radius of 523.70 feet; thence Northwesterly around said curve, for an arc length of 147.51 feet to a point in
the said Southeast line of Page Ave.; thence North 49Ε 54' 10" East, along said Southeast line, 171.14 feet to a point; thence Southerly along Westerly line of a certain tract as described in deed recorded in Book 6449, Page 1891 of the St. Louis County Records and around a curve to the right that has a radius of 648.70
feet (radial bearing at this point being South 87Ε 32' 06" West) for an arc length of 146.62 feet to a point;
thence North 79Ε 30' 54" West, along another line of the last mentioned tract, 25.00 feet to a point; thence Southerly and continuing along a Westerly line of the last mentioned tract and around a curve to the right that has a radius of 623.70 feet (radial bearing at
this point being North 79Ε 30' 54" West) for an arc length of 160.00 feet to the most Westerly corner of
the last mentioned tract; thence South 25Ε 11' 00" West, 156.32 feet to a point in said Northeast line of
the Rock Island Railroad; thence North 49Ε 45' 00" West, along said Northeast line, 103.56 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.900 acres of land. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1988.
