AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Nine Thousand
Six Hundred Dollars ($109,600.00) from the Coldwater Creek
Extension & Improvement Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of sheet piling in Maintenance Repairs No. 83
Coldwater Creek Sanitary Rehabilitation Section A (88128), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sheet
piling is Ninety-four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars
($94,999.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred One
Dollars ($14,601.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Nine Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($109,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Extension & Improvement Fund to be used for
project costs for the construction of sheet piling in Maintenance
Repairs No. 83 Coldwater Creek Sanitary Rehabilitation Section A
(88128), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1988.
