AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN AN M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT,
OF ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 34, Section 34.01 Sub -section 34.013 and Arti-
cle 48 of Ordinance No. 2325-1968, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, the following described use of the following described
real estate is allowed as a Special Use for restaurant located at 661 South "L"
Street, in the City of Richmond, Indiana; more particularly describedr to -wit;
Being a part of the Bealview Addition to the City of Richmond on file
in the Wayne County Recorder's Office, Richmond, Indiana, and described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the east line of South 6th Street, said point being
two hundred twenty-two (222) feet south of the northwest corner of Lot No.
399 of said above addition, thence along the northerly right-of-way of the
C. & 0. Railroad spur a distance of three hundred fifty (350) feet more
or less to the north line of Lot No. 342 of said above addition, thence
west two hundred seventy-seven and three tenths (277.3) feet to a point,
thence south two hundred twenty-two (222) feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an additional
restriction on said use, the following requirements shall hereafter and at all
times be met by the owner, leasee or any person, firm or corporation using such
real estate:
( There were no conditions or restrictions.)
SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is hereby
authorized and directed,upon enactment and publication of this ordinance, to re-
cord and approve the issuance of a permit for the establishment of the use herein
allowed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law required.
