AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Hundred Forty-seven
Thousand Dollars ($647,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-Frontenac to be used
for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Deer
Creek Sanitary Relief Sewer DC-6 Phase I (S-1963, C-1328), in the
Cities of Frontenac and Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Six Hundred Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($600,600.00),
and the cost of inspection, construction staking, advertisement
costs, easement fees and allowance for construction change orders
is Forty-six Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($46,400.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Forty-seven
Thousand Dollars ($647,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve
Coeur-Frontenac to be used for project costs for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Deer Creek Sanitary Relief Sewer DC-6 Phase
I (S-1963, C-1328), in the Cities of Frontenac and Creve Coeur,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1988.
