AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Kostka Lane Sanitary Relief Sewer (87015), in the Cities of
Florissant and Hazelwood, Missouri, in compliance with Section
9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Kostka Lane Sanitary Relief Sewer (87015), in the Cities of
Florissant and Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
24th day of October, 1988 and formally executed on the 8th day of
November, 1988 by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1988.
