AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Thirty-eight
and 29/100 Dollars ($5,038.29) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Wellston to reimburse the
Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission for the relocation
of an existing sanitary sewer during the replacement of a bridge
on Route 180 0.2 mile east of Lucas & Hunt Road, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, pursuant to a Utility Agreement by and between
said Commission and the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7527, adopted August 24, 1988,
authorized the District to enter into said Utility Agreement with
the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Thirty-eight
and 29/100 Dollars ($5,038.29) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Wellston to reimburse the Missouri Highway and Transportation
Commission for the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer during
the replacement of a bridge on Route 180 0.2 mile east of Lucas &
Hunt Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to a Utility
Agreement by and between said Commission and the District.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1988.
