AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($26,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Wellston to be used for project
costs for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes and replacing sewer
pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 129A (88160), in the Cities of
Wellston and Greendale, and the Village of Hillsdale, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said inlets,
manholes and pipe is Twenty-two Thousand Dollars ($22,000.00), and
the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Four Thousand Two Hundred dollars ($4,200.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($26,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Wellston to be used for project costs for the rebuilding of
inlets, manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs
No. 129A (88160), in the Cities of Wellston and Greendale, and the
Village of Hillsdale, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
