AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes and
replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 129A (88160), in
the Cities of Wellston and Greendale, and the Village of
Hillsdale, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan
of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes
and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 129A (88160),
in the Cities of Wellston and Greendale, and the Village of
Hillsdale, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 31st day of
October, 1988 and formally executed on the 8th day of November,
1988 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
