AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Wedgewood Creek
Section V (88064), in St. Louis County, Missouri, in compliance
with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Wedgewood Creek Section V (88064), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 31st day of October, 1988, and formally
executed on the 8th day of November, 1988, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District is hereby confirmed in compliance with Section 9.040
of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
