AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-647 with O'Brien and Gere
Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Mackenzie Creek Sanitary Relief - MC-4, Phases I & II.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-647 with
O'Brien and Gere Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the
final design of Mackenzie Creek Sanitary Relief - MC-4, Phases I &
II.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
