AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of University City Sewer Improvements for
engineering services for the final design of Upper River des Peres
Sanitary Relief - UR-3, Phase I, Contract E-648.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance, has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of University City
Sewer Improvements for engineering services for the final design
of Upper River des Peres Sanitary Relief - UR-3, Phase I, Contract
E-648.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
