AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Clayton Central for engineering services for
the final design of East Clayton Central Sewer, Phases I & II,
Contract E-649.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central
for engineering services for the final design of East Clayton
Central Sewer, Phases I & II, Contract E-649.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
