AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-650 with WVP Corporation for
engineering services for the final design of Fenton Creek Sanitary
Relief - FC-1, Phase I.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-650 with
WVP Corporation for engineering services for the final design of
Fenton Creek Sanitary Relief - FC-1, Phase I.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
