AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek
Sewer Extension and Improvement Account to be used for additional
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Wabash
and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project (85107), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7194, adopted June 23, 1987,
provided the initial funding for said construction, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account to be used for additional
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Wabash
and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project (85107), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
