AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($202,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Upper Coldwater Creek Sanitary
Relief, Section E, Contract E-651.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($202,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of Upper Coldwater
Creek Sanitary Relief, Section E, Contract E-651.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
