AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-651 with Zurheide-Herrmann, Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of Upper Coldwater
Creek Sanitary Relief, Section E.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-651 with
Zurheide-Herrmann, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of Upper Coldwater Creek Sanitary Relief, Section E.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
