AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Harlem-Baden Sanitary
Relief, Phase I, Contract E-652.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Harlem-Baden Sanitary Relief, Phase I, Contract E-652.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1988.
