AN' ORDINANCE TO MEND CHAPTER 41 ARTICLE VII SECTION 41.39, ONE-WAY
STREETS AND ALLEYS, SCHEDULE I.
WHEREAS, the making of South 3rd Street one-way Morth from South °A"
to South "D" Streets would allow for a more desirable flow of traffic
and would eliminate certain traffic hazards.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 41, Article VII, Section 41.39 One -Way Streets
and Alleys, Schedule 1, of the Municipal Code of Richmond, Indiana, be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
One -!Jay Street, South 3rd Street from South "A" Street to South
"D" Street, lorthbound.
SECTIOi 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and publication as by law required.
PASSED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this
