AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 155 of Southridge Park Addition, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 155 of "Southridge Park Addition", said point also being on the West right-of-way line of Candleglow Drive, 50 feet wide; thence Southwardly along said West right-of-way line of Candleglow Drive 50 feet wide, South 00 degrees 39 minutes 27 seconds West 0.96 feet, and along a curve to the left whose radius point bears South 89 degrees 20 minutes 33 seconds East 175 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 19.07 feet to a point, said point also being a point 20 feet perpendicularly South of the North line of said Lot 155; thence North 89 degrees 25 minutes 47 seconds West 20.10 feet to the actual point of beginning; said point also being 20 feet radially distant West of said West right-of-way line of Candleglow Drive, 50 feet wide; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 85 degrees 02 minutes 46 seconds East 195 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 6.49 feet to a point; thence North 80 degrees 24 minutes 55 seconds West 41.18 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 25 minutes 47 seconds East 39.94 feet to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 272, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1988.
