WHEP.EAS, certain. extraordinary emergencies have-: developed since the adoption of tie existing annual budget so that it is now necessa.r_;r to appropriate more honey for the various functions of the ^_'ity Government than was appropriated in the annual budget: NCi4 ` H'r.'REFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY u_ RITCHN"',ND, .NDIANA- SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1971, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the twi3 named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to all laws governing the same. Such amount appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated by law. SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period, there is hereby ap- propriated from the Off -Street Parking Fund to be used to provide the necessary improvements to the lots that the -Redevelopment Com- mission has dedicated to the City of Richmond, Indiana, the follow- ing specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist: AMOIRd`1 REICES'iI;D AMOUNT Al"PROPRIATED OFF-STREET PARKING FUND 550,000.00 530,000.00 These funds are to be appropriated for Following project. - To provide the necessary improvement* to the lots that Redevelopment Commission of Richmond, Indiana have dedicated tip the City of Richmond, Indiana.
