AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Re-subdivision of Lot 4 Block 5,
Harper's Subdivision, in Lot 9 of the Sarpy Tract, in the City of
Webster Groves, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Tracts of land being that part of the five foot (5') wide
easements along the Southern line of Lots 1, 2 and 4,
and along the Eastern line of Lot 2, and along the
Western line of Lots 3 and 4 of the "Re-subdivision of
Lot 4 Block 5 Harper's Subdivision in Lot 9 of the
Sarpy Tract", according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Book 78, Page 12 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1988.
