AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Meramec River Basin to be used for project
costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Fleetwood Pump
Station Elimination (88114), in the City of Fenton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-eight and 95/100
Dollars ($30,398.95), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement fees and
allowance for construction change orders is Five Thousand Six
Hundred One and 05/100 Dollars ($5,601.05),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River
Basin to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Fleetwood Pump Station Elimination (88114), in
the City of Fenton, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1988.
